He was patient, honest, and always quick to get back to us. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he works with. He listened to what we needed, paid attention to the details, and helped us feel confident every step of the way. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! Phil has been wonderful and he went the extra miles!

This is my first condo, and I am fairly new to Canada, yet Phil was patient, explained to me what to expect, what are good and bad deals. He helped me getting a great price for the unit which I been enjoying 2 months by now.

I loved how professional, hardworking and yet calm and friendly. He was able to pick up quickly what I am looking for, and pointed me to a few options, and although some negociations did not go our way, but eventually I landed on the best option.
